Land whose outer periphery is in contact, other than roads under the Building Standards Act.
Example: Neighboring premises.
However, even if it is like a road, waterways (culverts) and passages (not roads under the Building Standards Law)
It's not a road, so it's not a "close road"adjacent"It's called.
