This contract allows you to request multiple intermediaries, and it is divided into two types, "explicit type" that clarifies which intermediary is being asked, and "non-explicit type" that does not need to be clarified . It can be said that "non-explicit type" has almost no restrictions imposed by the intermediary contract. In the case of "explicit type", when a request is repeatedly made to another company, the name of the company is clarified, and when the sales contract is concluded, each company is notified. Failure to comply with these notices will result in operating expenses and other charges. There is no obligatory provision for intermediaries as this is a fairly loose agreement.
