Designated road I don't care
A designated road is one of the roads under the Building Standards Act. It is a private road with a width of about 1m or more, such as a development subdivision, and a specific administrative agency has designated the location of the road. It is often the case that a residential house for sale develops and a building surrounds a designated road (development road).
